In the picture, there is a stack of bagels next to a mug and a glass of dark liquid. These items are on a kitchen countertop with the lights turned down low. Next to the bagels, there seems to be a glowing light, implying that there is something occurring off-screen. During this picture, I have come home from a long day of classes to sit and study at my kitchen countertop. I opt to study here or else I will inevitable fall asleep in my bed. The blueberry bagels with cream cheese have been a college comfort meal of mine. I wash this down with water in my initial mug and a glass of wine. It is not my preferred drink, but it will suffice. To the left of the picture, I have my laptop open doing some sort of homework. The lights are dimmed just because I prefer to study in darkness. My joy is exemplified here a bit more subtly. I find happiness and peace in the little things, especially after a long day. I would consider myself an extraverted introvert, so having this alone time is crucial to recharging my battery for the next day.
