This next image shows my perfect free afternoon: videogames, a hot drink and a sweat treat. I believe this is one of the best ways to decompress after a long day working on assignments. This relates to our lives because everyone is susceptible to overwork themselves without noticing, and even more now with how nowadays corporations ask so much to their employees. While I am also not a fan of procrastinating, I have come to understand that in order for someone to live a productive life, there needs to be times when they need to have fun. In my case, videogames make me feel better even when I am at my lowest. It's hard to define joy, I would say that it's when you feel good about yourself, and you can forget about everything that is wrong in your life. Granting me some me-time playing videogames and having tasty snacks is one of the ways that I experience joy. As with being productive, my university studies don't grant me a lot of time, so I haven't experienced fully this kind of joy in a week or more. If I wanted to experience this more often, I would need to get rid of my responsibilities, but I wouldn't do that. This kind of joy is best experienced when also experiencing sad, boring, tired and bad moments. You cannot feel good or bad all your life, you need to have a balance in order to appreciate both experiences.
